Digital Marketer / Multi-Channel Marketer Skills Coach

Salary:
£40 - £45k + excellent benefits


Full time, hybrid working


We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our friendly, supportive and successful Delivery Team.


This highly rewarding role will initially support our existing Level 3 Digital Marketer apprentices through to a timely and successful completion, before joining the delivery of our custom-built Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer programme which is launching in late February 2024.


We understand that the Multi-Channel Marketer standard is very new and that is why we are looking for someone with a proven track record of co-ordinating and delivering the Digital Marketer standard, as well as strong experience in offline as well as online marketing, and a strong desire to share this expert knowledge with a new generation of marketeers.


You will have the opportunity to ensure our learners successfully complete their apprenticeships on time and achieve their career potential, while also helping to shape and launch an exciting new programme.

The role will be predominantly remote with
at least one day a month at our South London office. Further days at London based client sites may also be required.


Responsibilities include:


  • Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
  • Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
  • Design and facilitate engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions and Masterclasses.
  • Be involved in coordinating the training activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
  • Your apprentices' work and provide timely and developmental feedback.
  • Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
  • Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with each of the apprentices and employers you support.
  • Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.

For this role you must have:

  • Strong understanding of marketing theory and best practice.
  • Excellent experience of delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels, with a good working knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques.
  • Experience of either teaching or coaching and a keen interest in developing others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Good IT skills, ability to use software and systems such as MS Office, Salesforce and Learner Management Systems, etc.
  • The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our leaners.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships standards and End Point Assessments.
  • A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.
  • Ideally hold the Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • We'd love it if you were a member of a relevant marketing organisation, such as the Chartered Institute for Marketing, holding accreditation but this is not essential.
