Due to exciting opportunities with increased orders from customers, we currently have some fantastic opportunities for you to join STI Limited as a Skilled Solderer based at our manufacturing site in Hook, Hampshire.

These are fantastic opportunities for skilled, experienced, hardworking individuals to join a busy and fast-paced team working on a number of interesting and rewarding projects.

This is a permanent role and hours are 37.5 hours across 4.5 days per week.

This role will involve:

Rework and repair of PCBs of various complexity
Integrate PCBs other small assemblies and complete to customer specific engineering drawings
Complete partially built PCBs using Through Hole and Surface Mount technology down to microscopic level
Termination of connectors and wires (soldered buckets, RF connectors, wires to terminals/pads, power)

For this role you will need:

Experience with soldering
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A good level of dexterity
A hardworking approach
