Service AdministratorWorking from a peaceful office environment from our Yate site.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Process mobile engineers paperwork
- Advise parts/service of parts/revisits required
- Input time from jobs on 1-Link/R2C, if job complete get authorisation
- Updating Ortivus spreadsheet/any other spreadsheet
- Send costs to customers to get Purchase order numbers
Secondary duties and responsibilities
Covering other office based job roles in holiday season
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:
Pay
£ pcm (inc hidden 10% attendance bonus) + 10% performance bonus = per annum £24,024.00 with a review in 6 months to add 10% bonus making it £26,208.00
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
