Exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Supervisor to work alongside and support Area Manager in overseeing all areas of cleaning to various sites to help ensure the smooth running of contracts within the designated portfolio.

You will be required to help oversee sites in and around Croydon going down towards Dartford and surrounding areas, you must be able to drive have use of your own vehicle for which you will receive an allowance, you will need to be flexible in your availability to travel to sites as required.

You will be required to be available to work during the day as well as some early mornings and evenings as the business needs dictate.

Knowledge of the cleaning industry and experience in Supervision and school cleaning an advantage, this is a permanent full time position with the chance to progress to an Area Manager position within our company.

Following training your position would require you to attend client meetings, complete audits, train staff, assist with recruitment, help maintain staff levels, work within budgets to enable you to control monthly ordering of stock and assisting with payroll would all be part of the requirements of this role

The package is £27,000 pa, you will need to have the use of your own vehicle as an additional car allowance of £250.00 per month is allocated along with fuel allowance, mobile phone, laptop and ipad.
