Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Partner to join our team.

This role positions finance as the enabler to ensure that maximum return on the organisation's investment is achieved through value-adding financial analysis as well as business evaluation and insight.

Duties:


To ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts, quarterly reforecasts and annual budget reviews and provide effective finance business partnering to the organisation.


  • To be responsible for the initial preparation of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for the organisation (capital and revenue).
  • Timely and accurate preparation of key reports for Working Groups and Board Meetings.
  • To partner and challenge commercial colleagues and facilitate, manage, and drive performance improvements.
  • To provide financial insight and analysis to support the effective and efficient delivery of services within the organisation.
  • Support production of ad hoc analysis as required by Shareholder Companies.
  • To implement and support Finance Team business process improvements and to ensure best practice across the organisation.

Requirements:


  • Degree Qualified Accountant with significant prior Finance Business Partner and FP&A experience
  • Background of working within a Finance department in a commercial organisation
  • Experience of people management
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel (in particular), PowerPoint and Outlook

Nice-to-Have Skills:


  • Leadership experience in a finance setting
  • Communication and influencing skills
  • Expertise in financial accounting and reporting
  • Ability to manage complex organizational structures

Pay:
£40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
