Finance Administrator

Part Time 25hrs per week

Salary £25,000 pro-rata

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Atlantic Refrigeration Ltd are looking to recruit a
Part-Time

Finance Administrator, who will work as part of a small team and report directly to the Managing Director.

This is a varied role, covering Sales and Purchase Ledgers,
Payroll, VAT and Bank Reconciliations.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Purchase Ledger duties, including checking supplier invoices for accuracy before processing, checking supplier statements, scheduling BACS payments
  • Sales Ledger duties, including creating and submitting customer invoices, sending customer statements and liaising with customer credit control departments to confirm timely receipt of invoice payments
  • Payroll duties, including weekly payroll processing, pension and BACS payments, yearend payroll procedures
  • VAT duties, including monthly VAT return reports and submissions to HMRC
  • Bank Reconciliations, including accurately recording customer payments received against invoices
  • Other duties, including processing staff credit card receipts, updating cashflow forecast and running monthly management information reports
Accounts and Sage Payroll software, and a confident user of
Microsoft Excel. They will be an effective communicator and able to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines.

From £16,025.00 per year
