Inform Recruitment is working exclusively with this client, that has an excellent reputation within the construction industry. Due to recently gaining new client contracts, they are recruiting the next addition to their design team.

As CAD Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' architectural plans and generating product scheme designs and calculations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company that values its employees.

You'll be part of a team of 6 and work closely alongside the business owners in a newly refurbished, open plan and modern office - that also has a newly fitted spaciouskitchen area and a 60-inch TV for sporting events You'll receive on-the-job training, as well as external software training if required.

As CAD Technician, your responsibilities will be:

Evaluating client enquiries and extracting relevant information from architects' technical drawings.
Producing design proposals using CAD software.
Inputting material takeoffs into Excel.
Checking and processing material takeoffs for ordering.
Generating U. Value calculations and condensation risk analysis.
Processing material schedules.
Working to industry stands calculations.
Using productspecific software.
Communicating and collaborating with your team.
