Recruiting for a Chef De Partie who enjoys a fast paced working environment, someone who's able to hold their own section confidently & comfortably, be able to help manage the team and who can provide clear concise instructions.

This is a fantastic chance to work with an incredible award winning executive head chef in an award winning hotel & restaurant

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Helping to train any demichef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Own transport is a must
