Join us in this role where you'll ensure the lights are kept on by helping us develop a security of supply culture withing Operations.
You'll also be involved in compliance-based projects that will improve performance towards security and supply and maintain the Assets Generation Licences.

You'll be part of Compliance & Reliability EU & APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will carry out investigations into potential compliance incidents and near misses with the aim of identifying the root cause and developing strong corrective actions with those responsible for delivering them.
We're a team of seven located in Europe and Taiwan, with diverse backgrounds in the energy industry. We deliver training to our operational teams and run projects focused on changing culture. Through these, you'll build a company wide network with stakeholders across many departments.As a team, we work closely together to gain the benefits of our cross-functional backgrounds and experiences from the energy industry.
As we're a global team, we ensure to care for one another.You'll play an important role in:
- supporting Grid Code and REMIT compliance by coordinating and leading Investigations
- delivering compliance
- related projects to improve compliance and reliability performance across operations
- forging efficient relationships with operational site teams and engineering departments building a network of contacts
- interfacing with transmission system operators across Europe.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a background in, and experience working with, the power generation or transmission industry
- understand electrical engineering, risk management, and operations
- are proactive and a self-starter, comfortable in owning issues and following them through to completion or handover
- are comfortable working in a matrix organisation and having multiple international stakeholders to liaise with.
