Description
Reporting to the HR Digital Director, you will guide and participate in the implementation of agreed systems and digital solutions that support the businesses efficiency and employment journey.
Overall, this position will help to develop our HR operations service capacity and capability, enabling us to deliver first class employee experiences which meet service requirements and strategic needs of our businesses.
The Role
- Hold ownership of the implementation of any agreed digital HR transformation deliverables with the aim to change and modernise the HR landscape and ways of working.
- Work in partnership with others to carry out any fit and gap analysis as requested
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and operational needs
- Be responsible for driving delegated development programmes and projects together with relevant process owners and the HR Digital Director
- Analysing user feedback, developing best practice expertise to ensure ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts
- Set up an online solution area where innovation and people related digital projects are mapped, measured and progress communicated.
- Assist the HR Digital Director in the specification of digital solutions, including the preparation of relevant and appropriate costing models and business cases for approval
- Provide overall support to the wider HR, Pay & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Digital teams as and when required, and alongside or in between any digital transformation projects
- Support data migration from legacy solution to Oracle HCM Cloud defining and implementing data quality review/checks/reconciliation for the system
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the business including HR, ICT, Operations teams and Payroll
About you
A highly organised, proactive, and influential individual with previous experience as a HR Systems Lead, you'll have a proven track record of successful delivery.
A strong team player who can communicate and positively influence stakeholders, managing potentially conflicting project demands to achieve success.
