Estate Manager - London, United Kingdom - PMR
Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to manage the day to day operations at a luxury, large and complex residential development based in South East London.
Main duties:
- Manage all operational aspects of the development.
- Provide a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Maintain a service orientated culture among staff.
- Support the development of activities to enhance the resident's lifestyle.
- Manage and supervise the inhouse team and external workers/contractors.
- Ensure the development is maintained to the standard of the client's portfolio, status and value.
- Responsible for compliance with the Heath and Safety Policy.
Person specification:
- Demonstrable experience of managing people/teams and delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Confident, articulate communicator both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customer and client with a resolution focused mentality, creative in your approach.
- Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically.
- Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of the principles relating to Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.
- Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, socialmedia awareness and up to date with new technology.
- Demonstrable experience with multi schedule budget preparation and management.
- 35 years experience in Estate Management in a management position.
- IRPM (Desirable).
