Duties:

We are looking for a general handyman who has experience on the tools and is able to handle

1.) Removing and re install of radiators

2) Be able to fit skirting boards and other general timber work

3) Be organised and have good time keeping, and have an all round understanding of general building works.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Drivers License required

From £32,000.00 per year
