Seeking an extremely well-organised, reliable and professional person with excellent verbal and written English for a Receptionist and general Administration role in a high-street Family owned Law firm.
Ideally looking for someone who is about to or has just completed legal qualifications, and looking at progressing through their career in the Legal Sector.
Essential Requirements:
- Client facing role greeting visitors, clients and colleagues in a professional, efficient and friendly manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST.
- Answering telephone calls in a clear, professional, and efficient manner and taking messages or transferring to the relevant person
- Clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning and typing and maintenance of office area / front desk.
- Quick adoption of firm's case and client management system
- Archival duties including archiving, retrieval and digitising of paper records/files
- Provide accurate and uptodate information to clients and visitors in accordance with firms policies and services
- Responsible for incoming mail, including sorting, filing and distributing to relevant person and outgoing mail including packing, prep and drop off to postal services, occasionally arranging for external courier services
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies and reporting to the Practice Manager and Managing Director
- Assisting qualified solicitors in their daytoday casework

£22,000.00 per year
