Description
As a senior member of the Multi-Disciplinary CAMHS Team, the postholder will support the CAMHS Service in order to provide a high quality assessment of the mental health needs of children and young people.
- To oversee and develop Bury CAMHS duty offer
- To support and manage members of staff working within the current duty team.
- To arrange and develop the Thrive Model CAMHS service for this age
- To manage and develop the stepped care CAMHS service for this age
- To manage CAMHS clinicians and provide supervision for team members undertaking assessment and a range of interventions / managing
- To develop and implement therapeutic plans of care for children and young people with mental health
- Supporting the service to deliver training and consultation to other children's agencies.
- To liaise with other agencies regarding the implementation of care plans and the management of risk for children and young
- To promote and support mental health awareness in agencies supporting children and young
