Glass Production Operative / Assembly Operative

Immediate starts available


Starting pay rate £11.00 p/h, rising to £11.48 p/h after 6 weeks, with a further rise to £12.45 p/h after 12 weeks completed.

Our client, a leading global automotive glass manufacturing company currently require Production Operatives to join their team.

The positions will involve a number of duties including production and assembly of automotive glass, quality inspection and other general duties.


No experience required as full training provided and great career opportunities within the company

Working hours:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shift /

Pay rate:


  • Starting pay rate £11.00, rising to £11.48 after 6 weeks, rising to £12.45 after 12 weeks.
- £500.00 annual attendance bonus paid at £41.66 per month (Based on attendance criteria)


Overtime:


  • Overtime is paid after 38 hours worked in the week.
  • Overtime paid at £14.66 up to 12 weeks rising to £16.60 after 12 weeks.
