Recruit UK are working with a leading litigation firm that are seeking a detail-oriented onboarding administrator to support their financial planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a new, varied role within a firm that will support your progression in the financial industry.

The firm will provide full training and support to allow you to succeed in this role.

Duties will include:

Client liaison
Ensuring the line manager is up to date.
Meeting arrangements
Postal duties
Inbox management
Backoffice support
Ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
Compliance duties

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience within a financial services setting
Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
