Our Ganderlytics analytics platform provides retailers with the data and technology needed to alleviate issues with reductions, wastage, and compliance.

At Gander, we strive to helps retailers to improve their sell-through rates of marked down goods while offering consumers quality products at a reduced price and a simple way to play their part in food waste reduction.

We are now looking for a creative and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team and help grow the brand's presence in the UK and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

• Build, plan and implement Gander's marketing strategies (BtoB and BtoC)
• Build awareness around Gander's sustainability credentials
• Lead consumer trends studies and analysis to define new concepts and future launches and marketing campaign performance
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
• Liaising with our PR agency to deliver the best B2B results and building awareness around sustainability
• Proficiency in briefing, managing and reviewing marketing campaigns and assets

What we are looking for:

• Marketing, communication qualification (degree or otherwise)
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing
• Experience managing social platforms with a good understanding on paid and organic strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Local Ads
• Good organisational skills & the ability to multitask
• Growthminded with the capacity to adapt to a scaleup business
• Solutionoriented with strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Graphic design skills are a benefit
