A little bit about the Content & Business team and the role
Are you enthusiastic, proactive, and constantly thinking outside the box for new ways to promote user engagement? Do you want to have a positive influence on students' academic experience?


The Library has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional communicator to help progress our long-term strategy to increase our users' engagement with library content.

Responsible for coordinating a range of engagement activities, your goal is to build awareness of our Library resources, keep users informed of new content, and develop close working relationships with stakeholders to increase their investment in our promotional activities.


The Content & Business team, part of Library, Careers and Enterprise, connects students, university staff, and researchers with the physical and digital content they require to support their work.

We are motivated to provide the best experience for our users by seeking new ways to acquire, curate, and evaluate library resources.
