_ A snapshot of the role_
We're looking for a design fundamentalist and storyteller to be HDY's Senior Art Director.

We need someone who approaches projects with a rational and innovative mindset to craft stories and build brands through campaign-level thinking and execution.

What you'll be getting up to...

• Crafting stories and building brands through campaignlevel thinking and execution.
• Overseeing the creation and production of design and story solutions for our clients.
• Collaborating with Designers, Motion Designers and Copywriters to execute the visual portions of campaigns
• Partnering with other disciplines when possible to create the best possible work
• Overseeing the visual styling of photoshoots, video shoots and editing to ensure the creative remains to a high standard and to the original intention of the concept, within the time and budget requirements of the project.

Who you'll get to work with...

You'll be sitting in our brilliant creative team, alongside another Art Director as well as Visual Designers, a Motion Graphics Designer, Copywriters and Videographers.

You'll also work closely with our Digital and Client Services teams.

And not to mention a fantastic array of clients

• Proven skills in the areas of conceptual, systematic, and graphic design
• Proven experience in a similar role in an agency environment.
• A portfolio brimming with excellent creative commercial work examples.
• A strong communicator someone who is as comfortable working with our innovative team as they are with our client base.
• Will bring passion and energy to all communications.
• A conceptual and strategic thinker.
• Someone who works well under tight deadlines and won't be fazed by fast turnaround times
• Interest in cultivating strong leadership skills.
• A fresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
