We are on the lookout for a new team member in the shape of a Lettings Negotiator, with character, charm, and a competitive edge, to join our ambitious and driven team.

Our Lettings Negotiators thrive in the most exciting, fast-paced, and competitive property market in Yorkshire.
The role is varied where no two days are the same, ensuring a fun and exciting platform to develop your career in lettings.
You do not need to have previous experience in lettings, as we will provide full training and support, however you must have a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
Role Requirements:
- Build rapport and relationships with prospective tenants to gain an understanding of their requirements.
- Match suitable properties with prospective tenants.
- Deal with property enquires in a timely manner.
- Carry out physical viewings at properties and managing your own diary.
- Carry out virtual viewings using our 360software platform.
- Advise and promote our other products and services.
- Help with daytoday tasks relating to property management and maintenance.
- Carry out property inspections at various points of the year with a keen eye for detail.
You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle with business insurance.
