Our team at Avnet Integrated has an opening to join them Customer Solutions Specialist (9 months maternity cover). If you are a driven, self-motivated individual, who enjoys always having something to do, enjoys balancing priorities, passionate about problem-solving and finding solutions, then this could be the role for you

Working from home or from one of our office locations in the UK, you will play a key role in quoting, processing orders, tracking, chasing, and following up actions to ensure the right combination of products, expertise, and service is delivered to help our customers reduce time to market and boost their competitive advantage.

You will be part of a small collaborative and supportive team of Customer Solution Specialists, based in the UK your role will primarily focus on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), however as we are supporting a 7x24 worldwide Customer, shipment requests across all regions may require support during your work hours.

Knowledge of logistics and legislation linked to shipping products within and outside of the EU is helpful.

Previous experience in:

Experience in shipping and logistics from the UK and wider EU, including related sanctions and required documentation is preferred.
Order processing and data entry.
Knowledge of products is ideal but not essential.

Key Skills:

Attention to detail with a passion for finding a solution to varying problems.
Ability to multitask and work at pace to ensure deadlines and cutoff times are met.
Requires ability to prioritise effectively and manage own workload.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and ability to pick up new systems
