To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support role, to manage and co-ordinate the administrative and ancillary support function in the Adult Community Mental Health Teams, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
The post holder will have line management and supervisory responsibility for the Team and Reception Administrators and support staff, and will be responsible for the coordination of the validation of all reports coming into the service in regards to data quality and data completeness.
- To assess the workload of the administration staff to evaluate those tasks and ensure that priorities and deadlines are achieved.
- To undertake all line management responsibilities to the administration staff within the team ensuring supervision of staff members takes place on a regular basis; that IPDR's are carried out annually and relevant training and actions taken.
- To take responsibility for own learning and development by recognising and taking advantage of all opportunities to learn in line with NHS core competencies, including full participation in appraisal and supervision
- Ability to use word processing packages to a high standard.
- Maintain and update service user records and filing systems, involving the use of the Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Systems
- Paris and Liquid Logic.

- Pay Enhancements 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
