My client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Drainage, Civil and Flood Risk Engineering, is searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join an established team based in Harlow.


It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in civil engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing flood risk assessments, drainage strategiesand residential drainage or sewerage designs using Microdrainage.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience completing designs using Civils 3D.

Applicants will also be supported to complete the following;

  • Flood risk assessments for flood zones 1,2 and
  • Detailed drainage and sewerage design using AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Microdrainage for schools, residential, commercial and heritage projects for Private and Public Clients and Government Bodies.
  • Drainage area planning.
