Assistant Valuer
An award-winning and well-established chartered surveying consultancy are seeking an assistant valuer on a mix of residential and commercial properties, based out of their central London office.
The successful assistant valuer will join a supportive chartered firm, who offer services across Building Surveying, Disputes & Litigation, Lease extension, Enfranchisement, Surveys and Valuations.
The assistant valuer will be required to:
Manage enquiries from clients and solicitors
Assist directors
Arrange access to properties
Collect analysis of comparable evidence
Format excel reports / spreadsheets
Draft reports - Valuation, Tribunal, Court, Expert Evidence
Negotiation of Leasehold Reform, Enfranchisement, Investment, Development and Tax Purpose (Residential)
Lease renewal, rent reviews (Commercial)
Attending meetings
Land Registry searches
Gathering property data
Producing spreadsheets
Invoices

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000
