Description
The Best Connection Telford, are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver for our client based in Telford.

Pay rate of
£ £17:00 per hour.


Full ADR Qualification required

Key Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate and drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct vehicle checks before and after every shift, ensuring the roadworthiness of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients, suppliers, and the general public.
  • Report any accidents, damages, or delays promptly to the management team.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records for deliveries and collections.

Qualifications:


  • Hold a valid HGV Class 2 license, along with CPC and Digi Tachograph cards
  • Possess a clean driving record, free from any major infringements or convictions.
  • Minimum of 1year experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and legislation
  • Excellent navigational skills with the ability to effectively plan routes.
