We are looking to recruit a bright, entertainment loving, hard-working, enthusiastic and
super organised individual to undertake the role of Production Admin Assistant.
Reporting into the client-servicing and production team you will be working with some of the world's most famous brands to help seamlessly manage their products within the original content in TV & film.
From fast cars, to tech and hair products, you'll literally be in the thick of it assisting with props to be included in original world class content and helping to arranging to arrange the products they need on set.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Account Servicing and Production Teams by assisting with up to date product inventories for clients on products that are on set
Liaise with incoming production company requests and sending out prop lists across the group
Stay on top of reactive production requests for props needed placing orders for products needed from our dedicated warehouse
Support production team by attending weekly internal production meetings
Support line managers with fulfilment of day to day requests for products needed
Support Global team where required on fulfilment and production research outreach
Participate in all requested internal company meetings
Gain knowledge & understanding of EMG's viewing & evaluation methodology/tool
Pull together industry insights/updates for regular mailings to existing clients and new business prospects
Pull together monthly production slates on new shows for client servicing team
Stay up to date with UK, EU and global television, film and steaming news
Stay up to date with brand and client-related news and product releases
Support the team and represent the company at industry and networking events where required
A keen interest in TV & film along with the wider media environment.

Experience in TV, Film, Media or Entertainment are valued but not essential.
Demonstrate passion for the TV and film industry and a strong work ethic
Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail essential, perfectionist with a keen eye for detail and numbers
Strong written communication and oral skills
Good personal time management skills, with ability to schedule and prioritise tasks
Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to assist and support others with enthusiasm and a "can do" approach
Effective at managing up with confidence to ensure your line managers are aware of workloads and that deliverables are manageable.
Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
1. Production Admin
a) Responding to reactive, incoming prop requests from art departments industry
b) Sending out EMG Group Props lists on request
c) Passing on specific prop requests to relevant Client Account Teams
d) Create draft orders for production deliveries
e) Attend Production Meetings on a weekly basis
2. Production management
a) Create generic Opportunity Forms for all clients on new shows
b) Maintain Stock Lists on weekly basis adding new orders & returns, flagging any discrepancies to relevant Account Teams
3. Reporting to & assisting Client Account Team
a) Take on specific roles within the Client Account Team where directed
b) Gain an understanding of clients briefs in order to support Client Account Teams
