Must speak fluent English and must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

This position is predominatly afternoon/evening and weekend work

- minimum 1 years experience in hospitality
- a proven background in customer services
- excellent IT skills: outlook, word, excel, MS Office.
- good communication, numeracy & literacy
- well organised & presentable

Duties will include:

Welcoming Guests
Monitoring booking sites and updating rates and availability
Handling Complaints and guest acknowledgements
Opening and closing reception
Cash handling and accounts
Profit and loss sheets
Hours would be predominately be afternoon to evening and weekend work
Shift pattern 8am 2pm on weekends or 2pm to 9pm week days
No night shift

Pay rate from £10 to £13 per hour depending on age, experience and ability
