We have a unique opportunity for a Client Account Manager to join a renowned apparel and lifestyle agency working within the luxury yachting, hotels, villas and private aviation space, specialising in garment design.

They are experts at what they do andoffer an informal working environment, with a core principle of hard work and dedication.

They want to continue to grow, innovate and expand their offering to provide their clients with the highest levels of service in the industry.

Based in an open plan creative warehouse studio in East London, they offer hybrid and flexible working.

The Opportunity

They are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, who is an experienced Client Account Manager or an Account Executive who is ready for their next step up.

You do not have to have experience in apparel, they are completely open to your sector experienceas long as you are a fast learner who likes the idea of doing something completely different

The role is extremely varied, you will be a part of a small account management team and work closely alongside the other teams which include project management, marketing, production, warehouse, garment tech and design.

You will be managing a selection ofclients and ensuring that all order enquiries are dealt with promptly, managing workflows and timelines, sourcing relevant products and invoicing/processing payments for the clients.

Experience working as a Client Account Manager or Account Executive.
You will be patient and comfortable dealing with a client base who are in the highend luxury space.
Your communication and organisation skills must be exemplary.
