Our client is looking for a Customer Engagement Strategist to work within a cross functional team in the marketing division of the business.

The company you will be working for are an innovative IT service provider whose client base spans globally.

This division of the business focuses on analysing data to provide insights to their clients and bringing together cutting edge technology and creativethinking to help them grow.

You will be joining the 250 strong team who cover over 50 markets globally.

  • Provision of hosted customer management services
  • Multichannel campaign execution
What you'll be doing - Customer Engagement Strategist

The Customer Strategy team helps clients reach their performance targets by offering a full range of services - from channel optimisation to strategic planning and business transformation.

Expertise in areas such as CRM, Customer experience and campaign planningallow them to have broad, real conversations that create a clear roadmap for change.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first class service in customer strategy and planning to clients
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to grow existing client accounts, bringing in new clients, and winning RFPs (proposal development, pitching, approving SOWs)
  • As the Customer Engagement Strategist you will be developing propositions that meet client needs and provide growth areas for the business securing our services and presence for the future
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, technology and providing innovative ideas to the collaborative team and clients

Skills:


  • As the Customer Engagement Strategist you will be confident drilling down client briefs and coming up with appropriate responses to meet their needs
  • Knowledge and experience of building customer journeys and contact strategies for omnichannel execution
  • Being able to extract insights from customer and behavioural data to inform marketing strategy
  • Always deliver projects and retain work to a consistently high standard
  • Building relationships with senior clients, and leading strategic discussions
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and influence effectively
  • An understanding of campaign execution technology, with working experience of at least one marketing cloud platform
  • A positive attitude is a must for this team
