Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Nurse or Midwife to act as Immunisation Team Lead for the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT) School Age Immunisation Service.

You will work in partnership with the Clinical Team Lead within a locality immunisation team across SHFT.

You will manage and lead a team of immunisation nurses and administrative staff to deliver a safe and effective childhood immunisation programme for school aged children across Hampshire.


Your role will include working in partnership with Education including Elective Home Educated service, UKHSA and the SHFT Public Health Nursing Service.


You will demonstrate clinical expertise and governance in all aspects of the service including safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines, and policies.

You must be RN or RM qualified and have current UK NMC registration.


Due to the nature of the post it is expected that you will have access to a car, a full driving licence and insurance for business use.
