How you can make an impact:


  • This is a stand alone and varied role reporting directly to the Head of Logistics with the primary objective of ensuring Finished Goods stock is managed effectively between the supply points and the 3rd Party operators, as well as supporting with the day to day management of the 3rd Party operators.
  • This position will allow a high performing individual, help shape the structure of day to day workings between our 3PL and internal teams. As the Logistics function continues to evolve to cope with the growing business requirements, the Logistics Coordinator is uniquely positioned to influence current and future ways of working, as well as gain exposure to the wider logistics team, which include import and export functions.
  • On a daytoday basis you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring stock transactions are continuously monitored via the Stock Recon Report and Idoc tracker and any anomalies are quickly and efficiently resolved.
  • Establishing and maintain effective and influential working relationships with external stakeholders, particularly 3PL and other service providers and act as escalation point in managing day to day operational queries with 3rd Party contacts.
  • Dealing with damaged, short dated and quality rejected stock in line with the company's defined procedure.
  • Conducting physical inventory inspections and audits at 3rd Party location as required.

  • Preferably experience of working in a 3PL inventory role.
  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative as part of a busy Supply Chain function.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise the workload ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a customer focused approach with the ability to establish and develop highly effective business relationships, both internally and externally.
