If so, we have an exciting, opportunity for a Digital Learning Content Developer to design and create a range of innovative, accessible, intuitive, and engaging digital learning solutions to enable employee development that supports our group wide strategy.


Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Performance & Development, you will be responsible for supporting our integrated business strategy by:

  • Developing effective e-Learning content & digital resources that meets the performance & development needs of our employees.
  • Creating intuitive and engaging online learning materials and interactive multimedia, such as video, audio/podcasts and presented media to enable performance development.
  • Ensuring the library of 'bespoke' digital / elearning resources and supporting materials are on
- brand and accessible to all.

  • Creating, delivering, and managing engaging performance & development experiences, accessible to all, across multiple mediums suitable to differing learning styles.
  • Coordinating access to learning resources through our internal LMS.
  • Working with P&D Business Partners and SME's to script, storyboard and deploy learning interventions / solutions.
  • Utilising appropriate authoring tools to conceptualise and build engaging eLearning content to support development paths.
  • Evaluating existing learning materials and converting to digital content in line with best practice methodologies.
  • Sharing responsibility for the development and maintenance of our internal LMS, providing support to the P&D function with digital content builds.
  • Collaborating with the Learning Technologies BP to maintain the library of training & development materials ensuring the content and production quality is maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensuring your own knowledge and learning methodology remains relevant by proactively networking and exploring new methods, research, and best practice within the learning & development arena.

You will be:

  • You will be a creative individual with experience of designing impactful eLearning and digital resources.
  • Demonstrate skills in elearning authoring tools including iSpring and Articulate and have knowledge and experience with elearning technical standards such as SCORM, AIC or xAPI.
  • You will be able to produce content that applies individual creative input whilst adhering to brand and style guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable with WCAG guidelines and able to design and produce accessible resources.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to build relationships with ease.
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team, but equally capable of working autonomously with a high degree of selfdirection & motivation.
  • Knowledge and experience of coding and scripting languages
Whilst a background within the recruitment and staffing industry would be highly desired, it is not essential, and we are very open to hearing from you if you have a proven background within learning and development and adult learning technologies in othersectors
