We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills to join our Information Governance (IG) Team.
We are responsible for a varied and wide-ranging agenda ensuring high standards of governance across the Trust including training, information security, auditing and answering requests for information.
You will be responsible for the administration and management of the Department's ambitious work programme and dashboard and supporting fellow colleagues with analysis of data and looking at work load trends to anticipate and highlight areas of non-compliance.
You will also assist with the auditing of staff working practices to ensure compliance with the Trust's IG policies and procedures.
Previous experience of working in the NHS or a large multi-disciplinary organisation would be an advantage.Previous applicants need not apply.
- Providing high quality administrative and project support to Senior Information Governance Management.
- To undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of programmes.
- Responsible for auditing Trust staff working practices to ensure compliance with the Trust's IG policies and procedures.
- Support the Information Governance Operational Lead with a variety of tasks and projects.
- Support the Head of Information Governance with the day to day management of IG Work Programme and the overall IG Department, managing queries and requests from staff and patients and attendance at Trust meetings.
