London, Liverpool street / WFH

£26,000 + Annual bonus

Full time / Permanent

Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)

Shift Patterns: 9am - 5:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight & MI Analyst to join our friendly and supportive team, this role will be focused on producing and developing management information to support operational delivery across the Managed Services division.

Every day you will

  • Provide highquality data analysis and management reporting to internal and external customers using Microsoft Excel & other reporting systems
  • Understand the multiple sources of business Information to facilitate reporting.
  • Assimilate external, market and internal data into meaningful MI analysis.
  • Partner with the broader Data group of the organisation to roll out Microsoft Power BI to the division.
  • Analyse and review management information and identify trends and anomalies providing insightful summaries
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within MI reporting suites

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (Formulas, Charts, Presentation of reports)
  • Highly numerate with an analytical approach.
  • Capable of picking up new systems and quickly learning new skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Client facing experience
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI, SQL, Databases would be a distinct advantage
