We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our high performing, fast paced, Business & Performance Team to provide performance and service improvement business support for Integrated Community Health Services.


The Support Offer role within the Business & Performance Department will see you working as part of a unique team spanning corporate and operational services who are responsible for developing, reporting & monitoring compliance against all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)/metrics to evidence effective use of resources across multi-million-pound contract management processes.

To achieve this, you will be working in support of the Performance Managers and assist the Service Improvement Managers take forward their programme of works to identify, review, and implement performance processes.

Key elements individuals require for this role include,

  • Project Management experience with a track record of delivery ideally within a health care setting in particular process and data flow mapping
  • Experience of coordinating conflicting priorities/workloads meeting deadlines
  • Proven record of effective organisation and documentation/record keeping
  • Knowledge/ previous experience of the principles of NHS Contract performance monitoring
  • Ability to interpret complex data to help services see where improvements can be made


This is an important role that sits within the Trusts Corporate structure but is very much an operational interfacing role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and sustain relationships are a must as well as a sense of humour and flexible approach.

As a member of the Business and Performance team you will be an ambassador for the department, and it is essential you are able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of people.
