Description

We are seeking an Adaptations workshop supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the Adaptations department. You will be responsible for managing the team to ensure optimal efficiency and to ensure adaptations are fitted to the required standard within the required time frame.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning work schedules allocating duties, times and organising parts to be available for fitting,
Manage and lead the team to achieve KPIs,
Responsible for training and development of the team to a high level of workmanship,
Carry out relevant equipment checks & ensure team is following company's health and safety guidelines,
Complete daily team briefs and tool box talks,
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing current processes and implementing improvements,
Responsible for the creation and implementation of build manuals for all McElmeel fitted adaptations.
Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role,
Ability to lead and manage a team,
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
Excellent communication skills,
Proficient IT user
Full driving licence
