We are working with a social housing provider in Bristol who are looking to appoint an Income manager on an interim basis for 2-3 months.

Overseeing 4 income officers covering properties in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and local surrounds, you will lead and coach the team to maximise the collection and recovery of current and former rents, service charges and other charges

Previous experience of working in social housing with rent arrears and income recovery at a manager level is essential, coupled with the ability to start at short notice is essential.

This is a hybrid role with the ability to work both home-based and at the Bristol based office but initially there will be a requirement to be visual in the office with the team.
