Up to £26,000

Contract: 6-9 Month FTC

An excellent opportunity has become available to support our client in the run up to one of their busiest times of the year.

We're looking for a friendly, detail oriented individual to play a key role in supporting customers.

An exciting time to join the business alongside other new team members.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to customer needs to solve enquiries
  • Engaging with internal and external departments to resolve customer enquiries
  • Responding to customer enquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing general admin duties such as handling payments and refunds

We are looking for:

  • A friendly face who enjoys customer care
  • Experience within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages
