Scientific Marketing Associate
REPROCELL's contract research services support the development of new medicines in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across the globe.

REPROCELL offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), private healthcare and company pension.


The successful applicant will preferably have the following attributes:

• A degree in life sciences or life sciences with business, sales or marketing.
• A demonstrable interest in the drug discovery and development process is advantageous.
• Experience in a CRO or life sciences marketing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
• An excellent communicator, able to promote REPROCELL's services through a variety of media including blogs, web pages, emarketing and creative online advertising.
• Ability to bring new ideas for marketing campaigns to management based on market demand and trends.

Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Write compelling scientific copy for various marketing channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
• Utilize tools such as Hubspot, Semrush and Google Analytics to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts
• Design graphics for digital and print materials
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
• Support ecommerce initiatives and contribute to website content management systems

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or life sciences with business, sales or marketing
• Experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing
• Proficiency in data analysis for marketing purposes
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
• Excellent scientific copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems
