IT Support Engineer

Oxfordshire | £30,000 - £40,000 | On-Site/Hybrid Working

What you'll be doing:

Provide IT support and systems management across various teams in the UK and internationally. Maintain existing systems and infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvements and automation.

The Details:

Be the goto technical support to internal and external customers
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues such as hardware failures, bugs etc.
Documenting and tracking technical issues
Collaborating with other teams throughout the business such as software developers, senior technicians, network administrators
Working closely with the IT manager to ensure all systems and accounts remain compliant with employee local laws and regulations.
Managing an admin system for internal platforms and securely accessing it to add and remove users.

Required Skills:

Troubleshooting enduser technical issues
Windows / MacOS / iOS life cycle management
Directory management either Google Workspace (GSuite) / Azure AD / Okta

What we are looking for:

Ideally, you will have around 2+ years' experience in a similar role and you're looking to take a step up in your career.
