    Rural Chartered Surveyor - Estate Management Specialist

    Websters-Rural is seeking a highly motivated Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their dynamic Rural Estate Management Team in Lincoln. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of rural estates across the East Midlands and beyond, providing expert management, professional consultancy, and strategic advice.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional estate management and professional consultancy services to a diverse client base, including private clients, institutions, public sector, and corporate clients.
    • Manage properties, including lease renewals, maintenance, and compensation claims.
    • Prepare detailed management reports for clients.
    • Handle residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews.
    • Maintain accurate records and terriers for managed estates.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property compliance.
    • Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders effectively.
    • Assist with departmental administration, meetings, and marketing tasks.
    • Work closely with other disciplines within the office.

    Requirements:

    • MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification advantageous.
    • Up to 5 years of post-qualification experience in rural surveying.
    • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
    • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
    • Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
