Project coordinator

  • Working hours: 8am4pm or 9am5pm_
  • Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)_
  • Office based in Sidcup._


Our client is looking for a project coordinator to join their fun and fast paced team in a vibrant office in Sidcup.

Job role overview

  • Monitoring client information platforms.
  • Monitoring drawing schedules and updating.
  • Ensuring drawing modifications are issued to supplier and returned within required time scale.
  • Uploading new project information onto system
  • Ensuring all required sales info is provided to set up the project.
  • Monitoring training matrix for all engineers
  • Coordinating meetings for management team
  • Adding all project handover details to lift data.
  • Maintaining folders for all CP
  • Monitoring Uniform
  • Arrange general meetings.
  • Chasing project invoices when requested by accounts.
  • Sending weekly updates once drafted from project managers report {every project}
  • Minutes during meetings
  • Arranging toolbox talks for the management team and monitoring when they are due
  • Contacting engineers as and when required
  • Monitoring hire equipment
  • Attending project coordination meetings
  • Monitoring calendars
  • Arranging equipment delivery
  • Organising team gatherings when required
  • Issuing any signature required documents via sign now.
