Are you a dedicated and nurturing individual with a passion for early childhood education? We are currently seeking an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our client's educational team in Warrington.

This position, starting in January 2024 on an ongoing temporary basis, provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundational learning experiences of young learners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young learners.
  • Provide essential support for individual students, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of ageappropriate classroom materials and activities.
  • Work closely to contribute to a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation of behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years setting is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the developmental and educational needs of young learners.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young children.
  • Adaptability to the dynamic and nurturing needs of the early childhood learning environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check and other necessary clearances.
  • Ability to prove your Right to Work in the UK.
