About the Administrators role:

As our Administrator you will be joining our friendly and dynamic team to provide support in relation to online and office administration


We need a proactive and driven individual, with the ability to achieve results whilst being able to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the business.

With a focus on adding value, your role contributes to the efficiency of the company, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.

You will be expected to deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity -showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills. You will also be expected to show initiative, manage priorities, and own time, problem-solving skills and decision-making.


Responsibilities and duties include:


  • Fulfil website updates: Updating content & Uploading images.
  • Change product pricing.
  • Conduct site checks and write a report for the team.
  • Fulfil basic Analytics tasks such as: Weekly reporting on main Commercial KPIs, Ad hoc analytical tasks on Excel, Tracking, compiling, and analysing website usage data.
  • Help with the administration of office weekly processes.
  • An element of online customer service and administration
  • General administrative duties
  • Communicating with the management team
  • Assisting Managers with adhoc tasks
  • Learning the basics of other roles in order to provide holiday/sickness cover.
  • Production and formatting of documents (e.g. letters, project reports, spreadsheets).
  • Data entry

Personal qualities will include:


  • Have administration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Be confident, proactive, and flexible.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Organise own workload.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment, able to work well to timescales and deadlines
