Description

We're looking for motivated and driven Agent Shop and Stations (On-site) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green


Customer support:

  • Be the face of our brand in the UK's busiest coach station
  • Represent FlixBus UK to our growing customer base and support us in becoming the UK's largest coach network
  • Play a part in every customers experience with us, by assisting them with a smooth start to their journey
  • Provide help and advice to existing & potential customers with any ticketing queries
  • Be the voice on the ground for FlixBus in regard to operational updates, cancellations, or delays
  • Sell tickets and upsell Flix addons to passengers in the station

Departure checks:

  • Provide our Flix Drivers with support in providing a great customer experience through carrying out ticket checks & check ins
  • You will be able to directly influence the quality & performance of the customer journey through carrying out audits & quality checks of the vehicles before they depart

Situation management:

  • Be a key player in developing our partnership with the TFL coach station staff, by coordinating live departures and supporting in the smooth flow of passengers through the station
  • Be the guiding mind in response to incidents, cancellations and delays that occur, to ensure our customers are fully informed & are able to continue with their journey as smoothly, and to cause as little disruption to the network as possible
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

  • You love providing great customer service
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations whilst remaining professional at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • We provide flexibility through a rota including shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 00:00
  • You thrive in high pressure, fast moving and dynamic environments
  • You are proactive, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to grow with a business
  • You have experience of working in a customer facing role
  • You are able to prioritize key tasks and make decisions quickly on sometimes, limited information
