An in-house creative agency based at a major broadcaster in London is looking to recruit a Resource Coordinator on an initial 6 month contract basis.

Within this role you will be the Broadcast Design and Production resource contact across the team, updating and monitoring the allocations tracker to ensure the best talent is aligned to the correct job.

Working closely with the Producers and Production Designers, you will create close relationships in order to plan resource and book additional freelance resource in line with budgets and timelines.

You will also track finances and freelance spend and consistently use the timesheet system to ensure everything is tracked accurately and efficiently.

Previous experience of working as a Studio Assistant/Coordinator, Resource/Traffic/ Production Assistant within a creative studio environment is important.

Experience of using Excel and the ability to track information on spreadsheets is also key as is a pro-active persona and the ability to multi-task.

Some knowledge in using a resource scheduling system would be advantageous but it is not crucial as training will be provided.


To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to plan ahead and have a solution driven attitude.

Excellent communication skills are also required with high attention to detail the and the ability to prioritise tasks.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, offering flexible hybrid working.
