Production Leader - £50,000 - £75,000 - Fareham


Are you ready to join a progressive and expanding engineering company? My Client is an ISO9001 subcontract machining company specializing in manufacturing components for aerospace, medical, electronics, and scientific equipment manufacturers.

As they continue the journey to become "the engineering company where everyone wants to work and who everyone wants to buy from," we are looking for a skilled and values-driven individual to join our team as a Production Leader.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the daytoday production process to improve efficiency and ontime delivery.
  • Ensure consistent highquality outcomes that exceed industry standards.
  • Make decisions and act in the best interests of the entire Penta team.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Manufacturing & Quality to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate alignment with and the ability to live by Penta's Core Values.
  • Minimum HNC level qualification in engineering or relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Experience in an engineering environment, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Analytical, accurate, and thorough approach to work.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 quality standards.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexibility to support the team as needed.
