Description
We are currently recruiting for a brand-new HR Manager vacancy, with a leading US law firm in the City.

This will be on a 12-month FTC and a highly competitive salary (£90-110K), and benefits package is on offer.


Predominantly supporting half of the firms' London fee-earning population, the HR Manager will be responsible for providing support to the HR Director and Senior HR Manager.


Typical duties will include:

  • Acting as a key business partner to the London office
  • Dealing with all employee relations issues
  • Assisting with the compensation and benefits package alongside the Compensation team
  • Supporting in the appraisal processes
  • Developing & implementing policies & procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of current policies & initiatives
  • Being involved in various D&I initiatives
  • Running interview skills training
  • Keeping up to date with relevant employment law updates


Suitable applicants will be CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified, have experience of working in a similar role within an international law firm, possess excellent communication skills, have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment, adopt a meticulousapproach and be confident dealing with staff members at varying levels of seniority.

Hybrid working arrangements are in place; 3 days per week in the office and 2 remotely.
