YOUR ROLE:


  • Join Henkel's Adhesive Technologies team as a Graduate Business Planner.
  • This role is a 12 months fixed term contract.
  • You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Planning.
  • You will gather indepth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy & bias, and inventory.
  • You will make an impact by playing a key role in Business Planning projects.
  • Maintain certain master data while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
  • Develop, network and build relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations team.
  • To gather indepth insights into managing a multidimensional global FMCG company.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
  • Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
  • SAP is an advantage
  • A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and communication skills
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative teamplayer thinking in solutions
