Description

As a Desk Host, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing either the landside or airside desk, serving as the welcoming first point of contact for passengers in need of assistance according to their specific requirements.


Main Responsibilities:

Deliver Excellent Customer Service:

Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed with professionalism and courtesy.

Phone Reception:

Answer incoming calls promptly, demonstrating a friendly and courteous manner while assisting callers with their inquiries.

Desk Management:

Ensure the Host Desk is adequately staffed at all times, coordinating cover arrangements when necessary to maintain seamless operations.

Electric Mobility Aid (EMA) Handling:

Take responsibility for tagging all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) before they go airside, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

Previous Customer Service/Reception Experience:


Possess essential experience in customer service or reception roles, demonstrating a track record of effectively interacting with diverse individuals and addressing their needs.

IT Literacy:


Be proficient in utilizing information technology tools and systems, enabling you to navigate and manage relevant software and databases efficiently.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Demonstrate the capability to handle challenges and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for passengers.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
